Products> GRID-CORNER™ These Pre-formed Corners Make Building Faster, Easier! Grid-CORNER™ is a pre-formed 90º corner unit, manufactured with the same mixture. It facilitates construction on the job site by saving time for the builder because it does not require as much bracing as a cut-formed corner, and provides an accurate pre-molded corner edge. It measures 21” long by 16” high by 10” thick and weighs 60 lbs. Each exterior face of Grid-Corner covers 2.33 square feet, making a total of 4.66 square feet exterior wall area per corner block. The forms have a minimum thickness of 2".   The voids are 16" on center.  When filled with concrete, they create a grid of solid concrete, 6 inches in diameter at it’s smallest. As with all our products, it is composed of Recycled Polystyrene Styrofoam (85%) and concrete.  The concrete is chemically bonded to the styrofoam in our patented process so the two materials cannot separtate.
