ALL the pelletized styrofoam used to manufacture our blocks is from recycled materials

We use EPS (Expanded PolyStyrene), a pelletized styrofoam commonly used in many packaging products, such as frozen seafood containers, computer and fragile electronics packaging, metal roofing insulation, etc.  In 2004, we used over 90,000 cubic feet of recycled styrofoam in the manufacture of our products, saving our landfills valuable space and saving precious energy resources re-using an otherwise spent product.

Our blocks are easy to build with, easy to cut and shape, yet make an incredibly strong and energy efficient wall.  When filled with concrete, they create a grid of solid concrete, 6 inches in diameter at its smallest .  The finished ICF wall receives its real strength from this reinforced concrete grid poured within the blocks.
